Q: What is the shelf life of the products? To ensure the highest vibrational healing power, all Museooil products are handcrafted without synthetic preservatives. Therefore, the peak potency of our formulas is approximately 3–6 months. We recommend using them promptly upon arrival to enjoy the fresh energy of the plants.
Q: How should I store my products? To maintain the quality of our preservative-free formulas, please store your products in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Q: Shipping Fees & Delivery Times? Australia (Domestic): Free shipping on orders over AU$100. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Taiwan (International): Free shipping on orders over AU$200. Delivery takes approximately 10–21 business days (EZ WAY authentication required).
Q: Return & Cancellation Policy? 14-Day Returns: Items must be unused, unopened, and original seals intact. Faulty Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. Shipping: Customers cover return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.

We offer professional, heart-centered sessions for inner balance: Aromatherapy Consultation: Exploring your inner landscape through scent to provide personalized botanical support for your emotional and physical needs. Awareness Sessions (Energy Healing): A gentle, hands-on technique to release mental clutter, clear blocked energy, and restore a sense of total ease. Garden Breath (Yoga & Aromatherapy): A 60-minute group session blending beginner-friendly yoga with the healing power of essential oils to ground your energy. Your Personal Scent Express: A 15-minute focused text-based consultation to co-create a bespoke 10ml botanical oil tailored to your current vibration.
Q: Where do the sessions take place? The location depends on the nature of the session: Aromatherapy Consultations: Conducted either online (via video call) or face-to-face in Perth. Awareness Sessions: Due to the nature of touch-point therapy, these are face-to-face only in Perth. Garden Breath (Yoga) Sessions: Held face-to-face in Perth. Your Personal Scent Express: Conducted entirely via text message for your convenience. Note: Once your invitation form is submitted and your time is secured, I will email you the specific location details or link.
Q: How should I prepare for my session? Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. We also kindly ask that you avoid wearing perfume or strong scents to allow for a pure experience with the botanical aromas and energy flow.
Q: How do I pay for my session? Full Payment Required Online: Your Personal Scent Express, Garden Breath (Yoga). 50% Deposit Online: Aromatherapy Consultation, Energy Healing. (The remaining 50% can be paid in person during our session.)
Q: Return & Cancellation Policy? Reschedule once for free with 24h notice. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the fee/deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time. Final Sale: No refunds once consultation or formulation has begun.
