1. Returns
Return Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with the original seal intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles with broken seals.
2. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Notification: We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Credit: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping Costs
Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at muse.essentialoil@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
