1. Returns

• Return Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with the original seal intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles with broken seals.

2. Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• Notification: We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• Credit: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping Costs

• Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

• If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at muse.essentialoil@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.

• Standard Shipping: All orders containing oils are sent via Road Transport for safety compliance.

• Delivery Times: As we ship from Western Australia, please note that delivery to the East Coast (NSW, VIC, QLD), NT, and regional areas may take approx 7–10 business days.

• Real-Name Authentication: All individual importers must complete real-name authentication via the EZ WAY app. Please ensure your recipient's name and phone number match your EZ WAY registration.

• Import Duties & Taxes: Orders exceeding ¥16,666 JPY may be subject to consumption tax and customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

🇺🇸 For Customers in the USA

• Customs Duties & Taxes: Good news! Orders under $800 USD are generally duty-free for personal import into the USA. You most likely won't have to pay any extra fees upon arrival.

• Delivery Times: We ship from Perth, Western Australia. Standard international shipping typically takes approx 10–18 business days (2–4 weeks).

• External Use Only: Products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or broken skin.

• Patch Test Required: We strongly recommend a patch test on the inner wrist before regular use. Discontinue immediately if irritation occurs.

• Medical Conditions: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition (e.g., epilepsy, G6PD deficiency), please consult a medical professional before use.

• Age Restriction: Our products are not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

• Pet Safety: Keep away from animals. Do not apply essential oils directly to pets.

• Photosensitivity: If using photosensitive oils, avoid direct sunlight or UV rays on the applied area for at least 12 hours.

• Operational Safety: Certain oils may cause drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery after use.

• Storage: To maintain quality, store products below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
