01 | Aroma Selection: Setting the Forest. We begin by selecting the botanical allies that resonate with you in the moment. These chosen scents will fill the air, creating a private sanctuary for your session. This is the first step in signaling your nervous system that it is time to safely land and let go. 02 | Energy Healing: The Gentle Transformation. While you rest in a state of deep surrender, you will receive a gentle energy massage focusing on the head and crown. Through soft, intuitive touches and energy channeling, we clear stagnant thoughts and tension. There is nothing for you to do but receive; most clients drift into a state of profound relaxation where true transformation happens with ease. 03 | The Anchor: Your Bespoke Botanical Bottle. The scents you were drawn to at the start of our journey are hand-blended into a 10ml Bespoke Roll-on. This bottle captures the high-vibrational energy of your healing session, serving as a "portable forest" you can use at home to instantly return to this state of peace.
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Deposits Full Payment: Required at the time of booking for our 15-min Scent Chat, Yoga sessions, and all product purchases. 50% Deposit: For our 60-min Garden Session (Consultation) and 60-min Energy Healing, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Rule: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or the full service fee. One-Time Courtesy: You may reschedule your session once for free with at least 24 hours' notice. 3. Late Arrivals To respect subsequent appointments, sessions will still conclude at the scheduled time regardless of a late start. 4. Shipping & Delivery Complimentary Shipping: We are happy to cover the shipping costs for the bespoke product included in our 60-minute Garden Session ($120). Standard Shipping: For all other services (including the 15-min Scent Chat), standard shipping rates apply unless the total order meets our free shipping threshold. 5. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of bespoke products and time-intensive energy work, all sales are final once the consultation has commenced or the product has been formulated.
