【Journey Flow】 15 mins Scent Settle Begin with a seasonal essential oil ritual, incorporating self-massage and gentle warm-up stretches to awaken sensory awareness. 20 mins Yoga Core Set A purposeful Hatha flow focused on core strength to build inner stability and physical power. 15 mins Cool Down Deeply release muscle tension and restore the body’s natural flexibility through soothing stretches. 5 mins Shavasana Experience total stillness in corpse pose, allowing the essential oils to harmonize your energy field. 5 mins Meditation & Breathing Conclude with mindful breathing to center the senses, returning to your day with a calm and grounded spirit.

Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Deposits Full Payment: Required at the time of booking for our 15-min Scent Chat, Yoga sessions, and all product purchases. 50% Deposit: For our 60-min Garden Session (Consultation) and 60-min Energy Healing, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Rule: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or the full service fee. One-Time Courtesy: You may reschedule your session once for free with at least 24 hours' notice. 3. Late Arrivals To respect subsequent appointments, sessions will still conclude at the scheduled time regardless of a late start. 4. Shipping & Delivery Complimentary Shipping: We are happy to cover the shipping costs for the bespoke product included in our 60-minute Garden Session ($120). Standard Shipping: For all other services (including the 15-min Scent Chat), standard shipping rates apply unless the total order meets our free shipping threshold. 5. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of bespoke products and time-intensive energy work, all sales are final once the consultation has commenced or the product has been formulated.
